Here it is - the very first thing I brought to a proper anime convention. No wig, just some artist alley purchased cat-ears, and a dream.

I remember agonizing over these sleeves because even though you can’t see it in the single surviving photo from ~2009, my sleeves are fully lined in blue! I was so proud of myself there.

I used Naruto’s colors and created a lolita-inspired coordinate set. Living in Florida, I received a lot of Florida Gators comments at the fabric store!
